All international orders are shipped via the Russian Post’s Priority Registered Air Mail – normally within 2-5 days after the order payment is verified. It might take anywhere from 7-10 days to 2-4 weeks from the date shipped. We shall e-mail you the shipping date and registered number so that you can trace your order directly via TRACK-IT. International tracking system.

We are not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred on your shipment. You are responsible for paying these fees if required by your countries customs agents. Sometimes foreign orders get held up in customs, or returned to us because of address problems. Returned orders can be re-shipped, but if a foreign order does not come back to us we cannot compensate customers for lost orders. We are not able to track foreign orders when they leave the territory of the Russian Federation. Thus, we do not assume responsibility for any foreign packages lost in the country of destination.

The RAIG’s catalog prices do not include shipping costs. For customers outside the Russian Federation (any location), shipping rate is:

$11.00 for the first item, $4.00 each additional item.

For foreign customers who order 10 and more items, we can offer a weight-based tariff:

$31.00 for 1kg-weigh box (fits up to 25 items) or $54.00 for 2kg-weigh box (fits up to 50 items).

Those CDs released for a jewel-case can be shipped well packed but without boxes to low down the weight. Please note that because some of the RAIG’s releases are non-standard oversized handcrafted edition, we reserve the right to adjust shipping costs in accordance with the actual weight of the shipment.
